Emily Wikel (500HR RYT, Embodiment Guide, Breathwork Facilitator & Guardian in Ceremony) is here to guide you in accessing unconditional love, liberation, and Spirit — all through the body.
Her mission is to connect you to the love and truth that already lives within you, not outside. We access our purest essence by weaving Life as the medicine.
Upon discovering the practice of yoga and breathwork, she embarked on the journey of a humble student, dedicating thousands of hours to training in yoga, breathwork, psychic development, somatic healing, human design, masculine/feminine relating, plant medicine, and energy work.
She’s held space for trauma liberation and embodiment for 8.5 years, facilitated Breathwork & Sound Healing Ceremonies for 4.5, and now holds the role of Guardian in Ceremony.
Her spaces are deeply encoded with safety, integrity, healing, and the embodiment of wholeness.
